By the end of this course, you will be ale to:
- Support your staff during times of change in a way that suits their individual needs
- Successfully communicate change information to your staff, in person and virtually
- Be present and transparent with your staff during times of change
- Connect with your team, in person and virtually, during times of change
- Lead through ambiguity
- Conduct successful challenging conversations, in person and virtually
This course takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, and is best viewed using Chrome or Firefox.
