This course offers guidance to leaders on how to do that, whether working face-to-face or virtually.  There are two chapters in this course:  

1. Leading Through Change
2. Challenging Conversations

By the end of this course, you will be ale to:
 

• Support your staff during times of change in a way that suits their individual needs
• Successfully communicate change information to your staff, in person and virtually
• Be present and transparent with your staff during times of change
• Connect with your team, in person and virtually, during times of change
• Lead through ambiguity
• Conduct successful challenging conversations, in person and virtually

This course takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, and is best viewed using Chrome or Firefox.
