Time Management

This course explaines how good time management and effective prioritisation are crucial skills for everyone.  

By the end of this course, you will be able to: 

• Understand what time management is and why it is important
• Identify ways to improve your focus, concentration and productivity
• Recognise distractions and use techniques to avoid them, and
• Implement effective methods of prioritisation.
