Course Overview
Successful innovation is a system underpinned by empowered people with tools, methods and resources to turn new ideas into desired outcomes.
This course will provide you with an understanding of innovation and why it’s vital to Cancer Council Victoria’s work. You will learn behaviours that drive innovation and the systems and practices that turn ideas into value for the organisation.
Course Duration
This course will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
Course Objectives
At the successful completion of this module, you will be able to:
- To provide an understanding of what innovation means in the Cancer Council context
- To embed Cancer Council’s culture of innovation and generate enthusiasm for innovation
- To build foundational innovation skills and behaviours that empower staff to innovate in their work
