The SBS Gender Equity Program is designed to improve your understanding of gender equality in the workplace. Drawing on the research and experience of organisations within the Champions of Change Coalition and the University of Queensland, the course provides tools and information to encourage the conditions and cultures that will enable women to thrive in the workplace.

This program addresses gender in the context of workplace gender equality – where people of all genders should have access to the same rewards, resources and opportunities. The SBS Inclusion Program’s LGBTIQ+ course addresses gender with respect to gender identity.
